Give away ideas, You don't need a permission
don't need to know everything

30/60/90 Plan
remove friction for the people you want to work for

Go further together
Shift relationship to get inbound leads

Road Trip Idea!
Get out there, ask if you can come by?
Decrease the cost of acquisition

Idea: Increase inbound for job seekers

At the end of the day, companies don't hire us, people do.

Looping Method Framework

Clarify: Start with a question "How might I.."  Deliberately fire off the right neuron "you might be able to help me..."  Choose neurons carefully.  Reframe questions, increase awareness and specificity
ex.  How might I connect with UX designer in Austin so that I can learn about local companies? (user story) Always have an objective..."so that I can become irresistible"
HMI [verb] about [curiosiy, skill, person] so that [purpose]

Create: Make a deliverable, artifact--create value continuously
ex. Scavenger Hunt exercise, document this--will get following
        >Ask for Help
        >Props
        >Publish results

Connect: May be result of creation
>Hack a conversation by facilitating it; ex: create a panel
>Jedi Council (advisory board), good loop for accountability

*Five Minute Favor: primes your mind on how to create value

*30 Days of Gratitude: 3 great things about your day, primes your mind to spot those positive views of the world.  See more opportunity.  Predicitive encoding--rewire your brain

*3,2,1 (Kevin Bacon effect)  I have this clarification, or creation, can you help me--reach out to 3 people.  Can you connect me to two people who can help me?  Can you connect me to one?

*Subscribe to 5 newsletters (super niche too) "For the Interested"
*5 cent stand Give someone something for 5 cents, offer to the world.  Don't need permission.  Format online: AMA

*Welcome to the stage: What is the 5 minute talk you would give?

Skill, Awareness, Strategy

Lesson #1: Getting started is more important than being right
what are you envious of?
Lesson #2: Come bearing gifts, and the world will give gifts in return
Lesson #3: We know more than me.  Understand limit of own knowledge
Lesson #4: Don't be boring.  Nobody wants to connect with boring.

**Behavioral Economics and Design thinking connection
*The more diverse your background, the better a problem solve you'll be...offering new perspectives
**Momentum
**Don't think of gatekeepers, think of value creation
Leverage limits
For ex. Turn a competition environment into a collaboration environment
