Silverline

In July of 2018, I joined Silverline as a Business Analyst.  Silverline is a Salesforce Consulting Platinum partner that specializes in Financial Services and Health and Life sciences.  In June 2018, I was accepted into their very competitive Academy located at their HQ in New York, where I learned Salesforce and Silverline Consulting standards for 3 months.  In this learning environment, I was able to leverage my past experience as a Scrum Product Owner and as a Consultant to lead exercises within the academy, and also focus on the "harder" skills of Salesforce configuration. 

Since the Academy's term, I became a Certified Salesforce Admin, and have served as a Business Analyst on multiple healthcare and finance related projects.  Because my skillset lends itself well to the organization's Engagement Manager role, I am often utilized in that capacity in addition to configuration and solutioning.  During my time at Silverline, I have also been tapped for multiple Internal initiatives, including being a representative for Change Management within our organization, leading Women in Tech efforts as part of Silverline Allies, and being a part of Design Sprints (as created by Google Ventures) to solve large organizational challenges.
